2009 Wyoming OLD WEST ROUND-UP

Show Rules:

1. All antique dealers must represent their merchandise truthfully and have any reproduction material labeled as such.
2. ABSOLUTELY NO BREAKDOWN  prior to the closing of the show on Sunday.
3. Dealers must claim their tables/booths by noon on Thursday. Unclaimed tables revert to show management.
4. 50% deposit MUST be received to secure reservation. No Exceptions!
5. No refunds after May 1, 2009.
6. Each dealer application will receive two (2) badges. Additional badges may be purchased for $40.
7. Only “collector” firearms offered for sale to the public will be allowed in the facility. Appropriate measures MUST be taken to secure triggers on all firearms.
8. Each dealer will need to register with the State of Wyoming for a temporary sales tax permit. (This will be given to you at the show)
9. 24 Hour Security will be provided during the show and move-in.
10. In keeping with show reputation, only dealers with “collectible” type items will be accepted. Items may be new but dealers must maintain a quality display.
11. Table covers must conceal items being stored under tables from public view.
